German Standard Acc Conductor XLPE insulated bundled overhead cable Aerial Bundled Cables

Design1: Aluminium conductor with increased breaking load, round stranded compressed (RM)
2: Core insulation (XPLE black, UV-resistant, not flame retardant); 2 or 4 cores of equal cross section are stranded together in left-hand lay, additionally 1 or 2 cores of reduced cross section can be co-stranded.
ApplicationCan be used for fixed installation as overhead power lines up to 1.000 V incl.
Not suitable for direct burial. 
This over-head cable provides reinforced insulation acc. IEC 61140 and fulfill therefore Class II acc. IEC 61140 . They are not flame retardant. On special request it could become flame retardant due a different insulation.

Product Description
1. Application of  450/750V 4x1.5 KVVP PVC Insulated PVC Sheathed Control Cable :  
Used for power transmission and distribution line with voltage rated at 35kV and below.Compared with PVC Insulated Power Cable, xlpe power cable boasts not only characteristics of excellent electricity, mechanism, heat and aging-resistant, environment stress-resistant and chemical corrosion-resistant, but also simple structure, light weight, no restriction by laying drop, and high temperature allowance for long-term working.

2.  Technical data  of   450/750V 4x1.5 KVVP PVC Insulated PVC Sheathed Control Cable :

1. Description:
ABC Power Cable has an Aluminum Alloy conductor with a XLPE sheath.
ABC Power Cable usually has 3 cores plus neutral, the neutral can either be bare  or insulated and the cable can have a street light of 25mm².
ABC Power Cable is available in 600/1000V,  635/11kV or  12,7/22kV.  We stock 1 core, 2 core and 3 core Aluminum Alloy cable Aerial Bunched Kabel .
2. Application: 
     To be used at Voltage of 600V phase-to-phase or less and at conductor temperatures not to exceed 75oC for polyethylene insulated conductors or 90oC for cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE) insulated conductors.
